What it’s like working with me:
My passion is to foster an environment that cultivates genuine connection; creating a space that allows the true self to emerge calmly and confidently. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with clients to help uncover my client’s motivations, values, goals, and perspectives as they journey to emotional regulation, self-expression, and improved mental health. I often use imagery and offer creative tools including art and play as a secondary means of communication, especially with younger clients.
I tend towards a strengths-based, client-centered approach and I am honored to become a learner of my clients’ world. As I become familiar with the world of my client, we form an alliance that will help tackle whatever problem there is to conquer. I would love to partner with you and/or your child on this journey!
