I believe that healing happens through connection both with ourselves and with others! I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients in their journey, and I deeply value the courage it takes to show up, be vulnerable, and commit to growth.

My approach is grounded in evidence based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I incorporate the Gottman Method when working with couples to support healthy communication, trust, and emotional connection. I also draw from family systems work to help clients better understand how their relational dynamics have shaped their experiences.
