What it’s like working with me:

My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with my clients to enhance quality of life, which I believe is determined by the health of our relationships – all people were created with the need to know and be known by others.  I specialize in helping couples and families to overcome relational disconnection, thereby allowing them to be more open and responsive with each other. I help couples connect and feel satisfied in their relationships, and I assist parents to feel connected and secure in their relationships so that their children may grow to their fullest potential. 

Simply put, I love my work. I would say my favorite aspect is creating connections. I truly enjoy getting to know the individuals and families I work with and consider it an honor to walk alongside you. Personally, I am equally passionate about being a wife and mother of three young children. Through these life experiences, I have gained an understanding of the joys and struggles that accompany marriage and parenthood.
