What it’s like working with me:

I believe that at the core of human nature is the deep need to be in relationships—to be seen, known, and connected. With training in Marriage & Family Therapy, I view each individual as part of a system of relationships that influence thoughts and behaviors. This includes your relationship with yourself, and the many different parts of you that make up who you are as a whole. 

My goal is to help my clients adopt a cohesive internal relationship with themselves, increase their emotional awareness and regulation, and create space for healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others. I love the challenge of motivating an unmotivated client, working through their resistance, and getting them on the path to healing. I look forward to meeting you!
